Queenstown Vegan Society is a registered charity which aims to educate, motivate and inspire our local and neighbouring communities to better take care of animals, the environment and human health by adopting a vegan lifestyle.

For a small annual fee you can join us and receive a monthly newsletter with inspiration, tips, details of our events and activism plus discounts at a number of participating vegan-friendly businesses around Queenstown.

Our activities are a great way to learn more about a compassionate lifestlye while meeting new friends who are likeminded.  We host regular vegan cooking classes, a casual vegan hangout in a local eatery, pot lucks and film nights, along with activism and education, such as rodeo protests and street activism. 

Come along and join in as much or little as you like!

The Queenstown Vegan Society is stronger with your help!

 

We have a number of opportunites throughout the year for people to volunteer with us. We may require help on our stalls at markets or other events. Perhaps you love baking and want to contribute yummy treats for the stalls?
Often it's a show of numbers we are looking for help with, for example for protesting the Wanaka Rodeo.
