We are excited to present our second vegan cooking workshop. This time we are exploring the benefits and deliciousness of lentils (aka legumes) and beans! They are a great source of protein, fibre, folates, and minerals, and therefore, a valuable part of a vegan diet.

About the Event

We  are excited to present our second vegan cooking workshop. This time we  are exploring the benefits and deliciousness of lentils (aka legumes)  and beans! They are a great source of protein, fibre, folates, and  minerals, and therefore, a valuable part of a vegan diet.

You are welcome to bring a notebook/pen to record the recipes, so you can take them home and create your own delicious dishes!

There will be an opportunity for audience participation, and of course, a tasting sesh at the end!
